By accessing our website, using our client portal, submitting information, uploading documents, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website, portal, or services.
1. About Boundless Consultancy
Boundless Consultancy Sàrl provides consultancy, administrative, legal support, and related professional services depending on the client’s needs and the scope of work agreed with the client.
The exact scope of services, fees, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities may be set out in a separate engagement letter, service agreement, invoice, written confirmation, or other document issued or accepted by Boundless Consultancy.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement between you and Boundless Consultancy, the signed written agreement shall prevail for the specific matter covered by that agreement.
2. Use of the Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, copy or scrape content without permission, submit false or misleading information, or use the website in a way that may harm Boundless Consultancy, its clients, its systems, or any third party.
The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice unless expressly confirmed in writing by Boundless Consultancy in relation to your specific matter.
3. Client Portal
Boundless Consultancy may provide access to a secure client portal. The portal may allow clients to view case information, upload documents, receive invoices, exchange messages, manage profile information, and access other service-related materials.
Portal access is provided only to authorised users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse, loss of credentials, or any security issue affecting your account.
You must not share your portal access with unauthorised persons. Boundless Consultancy may suspend, restrict, or terminate portal access where we reasonably believe there is a security risk, misuse, non-payment, breach of these Terms, or any other legitimate reason connected to the protection of our clients, staff, systems, or services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information and documents.
You understand and agree that Boundless Consultancy may rely on the information and documents you provide. We are not responsible for delays, rejected applications, additional costs, negative outcomes, missed deadlines, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, late, misleading, forged, expired, or unlawful information or documents provided by you or on your behalf.
You are responsible for informing us promptly of any change that may affect your matter, including changes to your identity details, address, contact information, legal status, family situation, financial situation, deadlines, appointments, official correspondence, or any other relevant circumstances.
5. Uploaded Documents
You may be asked to upload or provide documents, including identity documents, passports, residence documents, legal documents, correspondence, financial records, invoices, certificates, application materials, or other case-related files.
By uploading or providing documents, you confirm that:
- you have the right to provide those documents to Boundless Consultancy;
- the documents are accurate, complete, and genuine to the best of your knowledge;
- the documents do not infringe the rights of any third party;
- the documents are relevant to the service or matter for which they are provided; and
- you have obtained any required permission before submitting documents containing information about another person.
Boundless Consultancy may refuse, delete, or request clarification regarding documents that appear incomplete, unclear, irrelevant, suspicious, unlawful, or unsuitable for the relevant matter.
6. Services and Scope of Work
The services provided by Boundless Consultancy are limited to the scope expressly agreed in writing. Any additional service, request, document, application, review, translation, consultation, follow-up, or urgent work may require a separate quotation, invoice, or written approval.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Boundless Consultancy is not responsible for monitoring all possible deadlines, legal changes, official notices, third-party communications, or procedural steps outside the agreed scope of work.
You acknowledge that government authorities, courts, embassies, consulates, administrative bodies, banks, insurers, employers, landlords, educational institutions, and other third parties may have their own rules, timelines, requirements, and discretion. Boundless Consultancy does not control those third parties.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
Boundless Consultancy will use reasonable professional care in providing its services. However, we do not guarantee any specific result, approval, visa, permit, decision, settlement, refund, benefit, legal outcome, administrative outcome, processing time, or third-party response.
Any timeline, estimate, expectation, or assessment provided by Boundless Consultancy is based on the information available at the time and is not a guarantee.
Outcomes may depend on factors outside our control, including official discretion, changes in law or policy, workload of public authorities, client eligibility, quality and completeness of documents, third-party delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances.
8. No Formal Representation Unless Agreed
Use of the website, client portal, contact form, email communication, document upload, consultation request, or payment does not automatically create a lawyer-client relationship, mandate, power of attorney, or formal legal representation.
A formal professional relationship or representation exists only when expressly accepted by Boundless Consultancy in writing and, where applicable, when any required engagement terms, authorisations, powers of attorney, or payment arrangements have been completed.
9. Fees, Invoices, and Payment
Fees may be agreed by quotation, invoice, written confirmation, service agreement, hourly rate, fixed fee, package fee, or other written arrangement.
Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice. If no due date is stated, payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Boundless Consultancy may pause, suspend, or refuse work, portal access, document preparation, submission, follow-up, or further services in the event of non-payment, late payment, payment dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud, or failure to provide requested billing information.
You are responsible for any bank fees, transfer fees, currency conversion costs, chargeback fees, taxes, or third-party costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Late Payments and Collection
If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, Boundless Consultancy may send reminders, suspend services, charge reasonable administrative fees where legally permitted, claim interest where legally permitted, and take appropriate steps to recover unpaid amounts.
You may be responsible for reasonable costs incurred in recovering unpaid fees, including administrative costs, legal costs, collection costs, and court costs, where permitted by applicable law.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not automatic. Whether a refund is available depends on the nature of the service, the work already performed, third-party costs already incurred, the stage of the matter, and any written agreement between you and Boundless Consultancy.
Fees paid for consultations, administrative work, document review, case preparation, urgent work, completed work, third-party costs, official fees, translations, filings, or services already started may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
If you cancel a service after work has started, Boundless Consultancy may charge for all work performed, time spent, costs incurred, and commitments made up to the cancellation date.
12. Communication
Boundless Consultancy may communicate with you through the client portal, email, telephone, video call, messaging tools, postal mail, or other channels agreed with you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are accurate and up to date. Boundless Consultancy is not responsible for missed communications, delays, or consequences caused by incorrect contact details, full inboxes, spam filters, inactive accounts, unread messages, or failure to check the portal or email.
Official notices, invoices, requests for documents, reminders, updates, and other service-related communications may be sent electronically unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing.
13. Confidentiality
Boundless Consultancy will treat client information with appropriate confidentiality, subject to applicable law, professional obligations, operational needs, and the proper performance of services.
Confidential information may be shared where necessary with authorised staff, consultants, translators, legal professionals, IT providers, payment or accounting providers, storage and hosting providers, insurers, auditors, public authorities, courts, embassies, consulates, administrative bodies, or other relevant third parties where required or appropriate for the service, legal compliance, protection of rights, or operation of the business.
14. Data Protection
Boundless Consultancy processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation.
Details about how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy & Data Protection Notice, available on our website.
By using our website, portal, or services, you acknowledge that you have been informed of our Privacy Policy and that personal data may be processed as necessary for the provision of services, administration, billing, communication, security, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website, portal, communications, payments, hosting, analytics, email delivery, document storage, security, and operational systems may depend on third-party service providers.
Boundless Consultancy is not responsible for third-party platforms, websites, services, outages, policies, or actions outside our control. Where third-party services are used to process personal data, we take reasonable steps to use providers suitable for the relevant purpose and to protect client information in accordance with applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any Boundless Consultancy content or system without our prior written permission.

- use the services for fraud, money laundering, illegal migration activity, document forgery, or any other unlawful purpose; or
- misuse confidential, legal, personal, or case-related information.
Boundless Consultancy may report suspected unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities where legally required or where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect our rights, clients, staff, systems, or third parties.
18. Suspension or Termination
Boundless Consultancy may suspend or terminate access to the website, portal, or services if:
- you breach these Terms;
- payment is overdue;
- you provide false, misleading, incomplete, or suspicious information;
- you misuse the website, portal, or services;
- continuing the service would create a legal, ethical, security, operational, or reputational risk;
- we are required to do so by law, authority, court, or professional obligation; or
- the agreed service has ended.
Suspension or termination does not affect amounts already due, rights already accrued, confidentiality obligations, data protection obligations, or any provisions that are intended to survive termination.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boundless Consultancy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business, loss of data, reputational damage, emotional distress, or third-party decisions.
Boundless Consultancy is not liable for delays, refusals, rejections, losses, or consequences caused by third parties, public authorities, courts, embassies, consulates, banks, payment providers, postal services, internet providers, hosting providers, email providers, or other external parties outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

Boundless Consultancy shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing any obligation caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, cyberattacks, internet failures, hosting outages, government action, public authority delays, changes in law or policy, pandemics, power failures, banking interruptions, or other force majeure events.
